Eating healthy food is really important because it helps us grow big and strong. Healthy food protects people from getting sick and getting diabetes. We need to eat lots of fruit and veges to stay fit and strong.
When we eat the food, it goes in to our mouth so we can chew it. Then it goes down the oesophagus and reaches the stomach. The food then goes to the small intestine then goes to the large intestine.
Its good to eat healthy food because we need the energy to play sport, to stay fast and to keep your muscles strong . It is a good idea to only eat junk food once a week.
Everybody must remember if you eat lots of unhealthy food your muscles go weak, your teeth get rotten and you get slower. Eating junk food can make you unhealthier and very lazy.
