We waited for all the countries to walk and then the olympics began Shaun Johnson was doing league I was doing high jump it was the only year they let children participate in the olympics then I went on to track race and shaun johnson went on to touch we continued playing a variety of Different games for 3 weeks i got 1 bronze medal from the track race shaun johnson got 2 Gold medals from the rugby league and touch . That's it for today but i will have a new blog post tomorrow bye for now that's the end of this series but if you would like the series to carry on comment down bellow and tell me which athlete i should meet who knows i might do david meets valerie adams or sonny bill or even an older athlete who has now retired so look forward to next term cause i will be doing more blog posts then .

ReplyDeleteI would definitely vote for 'David meets Valerie Adams' if I had the chance to choose. Do you think that you could imagine a scenario where you met Valerie? I actually quite randomly bumped into her in a car park in downtown Auckland a few years ago. She and her (then) husband were waiting to pay for parking and I was standing right next to them. We said, "Hi" but I didn't want to bother her so I didn't say anything else. Sometimes I think that I should have wished her well or asked her a bit about her training. She would have just returned from the London Olympics when I saw her...
